Meet the Team
Meet Dr. Sean Scaramuzzo

Dr. Sean started his chiropractic journey in 2010 after moving from Texas to Oregon. What began in a Bend clinic quickly grew into a mobile practice by 2016, fueled by his drive to bring care directly to the people who needed it most.
A year later, he followed a passion he couldn’t ignore — caring for animals. Returning to Parker University, he became AVCA certified in animal chiropractic in 2018. Since then, Sean has been serving both humans and animals across Oregon with the same commitment: safe, precise, and purpose-driven care.
But as his animal chiropractic practice grew, so did his frustration with the tools available. Too often, chiropractors had to make do with equipment borrowed from other industries — functional, but never designed for the work. Sean knew the profession deserved better.
That’s why he founded Chiro Tack: to give animal chiropractors access to tools, products and supports designed by chiropractors, for chiropractors. Products and supports that keep practitioners and animals safer, make running a business easier, and elevate the profession as a whole.
When he's not working, Dr. Sean enjoys outdoor adventuring, exploring new places and smoking meats on his Traeger.
Meet Melissa Scaramuzzo

Melissa is the Chief Everything Else Officer at Chiro Tack — the systems architect, brand builder, and creative force behind some of the tools and supports that Chiro Tack offers. With a masters degrees in behavioral health counseling and healthcare administration, and seven years of experience coaching healthcare business leaders, she has a passion for creating systems and solutions that make the daily lives of healthcare professionals easier and more effective.
Co-founding Chiro Tack alongside Dr. Sean, Melissa's job is to ensure the business runs like a well-oiled machine — from set-up to operations to marketing and branding — so chiropractors can focus on what matters most: their patients.
When not building the next tool or designing the perfect workflow, Melissa can be found exploring local small businesses, curating environmental aesthetics, or perfecting culinary creations. Driven by a love for helping providers serve their communities, she is committed to making the lives of chiropractors easier, their work more impactful, and their profession stronger.
