Four Origins. One Balanced Blend.
Each origin brings something distinctive to your daily adjustment:
-
Brazil: From Cerrado’s established farms, Catuaí and Mundo Novo beans grow at 900–1,400 meters. Pulped natural processing builds the blend’s rich body, chocolate foundation, and sweetness.
-
Colombia: Sourced from smallholder cooperatives in Huila and Cauca, Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo varieties grow at 1,200–1,800 meters. Fully washed processing contributes clean brightness and smooth balance.
-
Guatemala: Bourbon and Typica beans from Antigua and Huehuetenango’s volcanic highlands grow at 1,500–2,000 meters. Washed processing highlights their sweetness, structure, and balanced complexity.
-
Ethiopia: Heirloom varieties from Guji’s traditional farming communities grow at 1,850–2,100 meters. Washed processing brings floral clarity and layered complexity to the finished cup.
Together, these origins and processing methods create a satisfying balance of sweetness, richness, and brightness—with plenty to enjoy from the first sip to the last.
